This course will prepare individuals to manage, coordinate, and supervise the project process from concept development through project completion on time and on budget. Instruction includes commercial, residential, environmental, and industrial applications, and specialties such as project planning, budgeting/ cost control, logistics/ materials management, personnel management/ labor relations, site safety, processes/ techniques, and organization/ scheduling.
